Community House

Community House is an affordable housing program of Restoring Our Community that provides safe, stable living accommodations for individuals experiencing homelessness, including those transitioning from skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, and community referrals. Residents have access to an on-site Food Closet, ensuring consistent food support while they work toward stability, dignity, and long-term self-sufficiency.

Secrets Woman Support Group (Sacramento)

SECRETS Women’s Support Group is a healing-centered empowerment circle designed for women ages 17 and older. It provides a safe, judgment-free space for open conversations, emotional support, restoration, and sisterhood—helping women heal, grow, and strengthen one another through shared experiences.

Enhance Care Management

Enhance Care Management (ECM) is a Medi-Cal benefit under California’s CalAIM initiative. It provides community-based, person-centered care coordination for individuals with complex medical and social needs.

ECM is designed to support high-need Medi-Cal members by addressing both health and life challenges that impact stability.

Re-Entry Workforce Development

Re-Entry Workforce Development is a supportive program designed to help individuals returning from incarceration successfully transition back into the community and workforce. The program provides job readiness training, resume development, application assistance, and employment support to promote stability, reduce recidivism, and build long-term economic independence.

Caregivers Assistance

Caregivers Assistance Program provides practical support and resource navigation for individuals caring for elderly or disabled loved ones. The program offers advocacy, referrals, emotional support, and temporary Live Scan fingerprinting fee reimbursement (pending funding availability) to help caregivers remove employment barriers and continue providing essential care with stability and confidence.
